When I take fluids, I try to consume salt as well, but recently I realized\u2014only now\u2014that freeze-dried egg soup and instant cup soups allow me to take in both fluids and salt quickly, plus they warm me up and serve as a meal, so I’ve been diligently drinking them before appointments \u263a\ufe0f\u2728<\/span><\/p>\n

It helps with hydration and keeps my stomach from getting cold, which is great \u2728<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to this, my stomach and face are both bloated, haha.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was my second appointment of the day, and all the fluids I had consumed had built up, so I rushed to the hotel in a hurry \ud83d\udca6<\/span><\/p>\n

The gentle-mannered brother came out, and while I felt calm for a brief moment, my urge to pee was extraordinary, so we quickly started \ud83d\udca6<\/p>\n
